One night, a young pregnant woman arrived at emergency department complaining she had pain. Even though it's pretty usual for pregnant women to feel pain, she was bleeding from anus, and this is unusual.
The woman was born with what is known as cloacal deformity, which means she had no uterus, vagina and anus when she was born.
She only had a hole named cloaca (present in birds). "This condition is extraordinary rare and happens to one in 25.000 women", Steixner said.
